  1. Does www.meeranshi.com deliver Internationally?
    Having received much love from overseas, meeranshi.com has started shipping internationally as well. While covering 70% of the world’s countries globally as of now, we strive to deliver our collections to each of your doorsteps very soon!
  2. How is the shipping rate calculated for international orders?
    Once you are done stocking your cart with your favourite products, you will find the shipping calculation on the check-out page. Your order cost will be automatically calculated based on the weight of the selected products and zip code on a real-time basis.
  3. How long does it take to ship internationally?
    Once ordered, we know that getting the products on time and crafting them into your dream outfit is something you just can’t wait for! We ship all our orders through DHL-Express which ideally takes no longer than 3-6 working days from the date of the order placed.
  4. Do I have to bear the local taxes when I receive my order?
    Since each country has their own set of local taxes, all taxes and duties shall be borne by the customers themselves. While the above statement remains true for almost all the countries, there are a few countries that have some additional mandates while placing an order. It is compulsory for our customers in South America to mention their Tax ID in the cart page in the “Special Instructions for Seller” column to enjoy a smooth delivery process or else, your order might get stuck! While in case of Russia, no individual consignee order can be placed. Only Companies with an Import License (to be given before shipping) can place their orders.But since we know your love for the Indian Handlooms is way beyond these regulations, we always try our best to get the products delivered at your doorstep without any hassle or a discomfort.   5. Is COD Available on international orders?
    No, COD is not applicable on international orders. We accept only prepaid orders internationally.
  6. How can I make the payment for international orders?
    You can make your payment through any international bank cards. If you would like to pay through PayPal, then you need to place a Cash-On-Delivery order and our support team will reach you through email with the payment link before the order is shipped.
  7. Can I place bulk orders internationally? If yes, please guide me through the procedure.

  8. What is your Return Policy?
    While we make sure to deliver the best, we do help with the genuine returns in case of dissatisfaction with the material or a damaged product. In case you did not like the product, you can return it within 7 days from the date of receipt. In this case, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. We will refund the paid amount (only), if we receive the order, within 7 days from the date of receipt.

 

  1. What is your Cancellation Policy?
    Did you place a wrong order or changed your mind? You absolutely have no reasons to freak out because we got you! If you cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of the order placement, full amount will be refunded. However, if you wish to cancel your order once it’s shipped (you will receive a text message from DHL), in this case, the money will not be refunded. If you wish to return the product, you can refer to Question no. 8.
  2. Do you have standardized prices for domestic and international orders?
    International peripheries do not weigh down the love we have for our customers. All our products are uniformly priced for countries across the world. It is only the shipping cost that varies based on the weight of the order and zip code of the country.
  3. Can I bill the order internationally and get it shipped to an Indian address?
    Staying abroad can’t really aloof you from your roots. Isn’t it? You can definitely pay internationally and get it shipped anywhere in India. Whether you plan to gift it to your friends or family, or get it collected for yourself, you don’t have to give it a second thought! Just get your hands on and place the order. Besides, all the charges we levy on shipping are going to be calculated on domestic prices only.

  5. Are there any items restricted for an international shipment?
    Though we know after learning through the website, you would feel like buying everything, however, there are a few products that we don’t ship across the globe. In this case, if the product is not compatible for shipping in your country, you will see a condition sticker on the product page itself and an option to add to cart will automatically be disabled. Nevertheless, the restrictions are limited to a very few products. Rest, the world is yours!! Wear your designer hat, pick your wardrobe and let the creativity roll in!
  6. My payment has failed! What shall I do now?
    Arghh!! Annoyed too much? Take a deep breath and try again! That’s the best way out! However, if it still doesn’t work, you’ll receive an abandoned cart recovery email in your mail box. You can try again and place your order. In case your payment has failed but deducted from your account and the order has not been placed, ping our customer support and we’ll assure you on solving your concern on priority.
  7. Why is international shipping not free?

All of us are aware of the complexities brought up with the international shipping. Each country has their own set of custom duty norms and taxes which makes it difficult for any e-commerce business to bear the shipping charges. Even courier companies have a scroll running down with T&Cs which makes it all the way more difficult to ship the products for free internationally. However, we only charge the shipping cost that the courier company levy on each order. There are no hidden charges involved! But we know you won’t mind paying an extra few bucks for our enchanting collection!
