In order to provide you with a seamless & hassle-free delivery experience, Meeranshi has tied up with some of the top India & international courier partners. We request you to thoroughly review them and make informed purchases.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Charges: Meeranshi offers FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for all prepaid orders, whereas we charge an extra Rs. 100/- for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders. For orders from outside India, additional shipping fees might be charged per kg and the total shipping charges depend on the weight of the total order parcel which is calculated at the time of checkout. Please note that there is no Cash On Delivery option available for international orders. 

Product Delivery: We shall make 3 delivery attempts.

We will not be liable for any wrong product received or misplacement of the parcel after 48hrs of receiving the parcel.

If the Customer’s pin code is out of reach with our courier services, then the customer will have to place prepaid orders only.

Estimated delivery time: Since each garment is specially handcrafted for you upon receiving the order, it takes around 8-10 days for domestic orders. Whereas, for international orders, it takes somewhere around 20-25  business days for us to deliver your order. 

Receiving Order Guidelines: As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can mail or send all the images and videos along with the order number to info@meeranshi.com or +91-9928770266 so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the shipment agency.

Order Tracking: Once you have placed an order on our website, our system puts your order into the process. Once the order is processed and before dispatching it from the warehouse unit, the ordered item(s) are passed through multi-level quality checks. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. After the order is dispatched, a unique tracking identity number is sent to you on your registered email or mobile number via SMS. You can track the status of the order delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number.

Exchange Policy: We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

But in case you are unsatisfied with the order item(s), we would be happy to help you with size-related exchanges.

  1. If the wrong size is ordered, then shipping charges of Rs.150/- is to be borne by the customer.
  2. If the wrong size is delivered by us then, shipping charges will be borne by us.
  3. No exchange is available for products which are perfectly fine other than defective products and size exchange.

In case a defective product(s) is received.

  1. Unboxing Video is mandatory.
  2. Replacement will be initiated within 5-8 business days upon receiving the product at our end.
  3. Replacement will be done as per customers requirement.
  4. No shipping charges will be deducted in this case.
  5. In case of Return/Replacement: Customer must inform within 48 hours of receiving the product.

In case of Return/ Replacement - Shipping Charges will be borne by the customer and a refund will be done in the form of Store Credit after the deduction of shipping charges which would be valid until 90 days after Receiving back the product.

For Refund (only in the form of store credit) - The product should be unworn and in good condition.

If the product(s) is sent back by the customer then, Store Credit will include shipping charges, and if reverse pickup is arranged by the brand then, store credit will have a deducted amount for shipping. The customer should shoot and submit us the video of repacking of the Original Product and handing it over to the courier boy.

Products purchased in sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
